Description
Inspired by forthright's "Unspoiled"(Up, up and away!
)She was nearly out when a shadow fell across the opening, and she glanced up. "Sesshoumaru-sama," she breathed, and in her surprise, her hold slipped. Swiftly, the taiyoukai's hand closed around her upper arm, steadying her; then he grasped her other arm and drew her from the well in a rush that left Kagome's sandals behind...
Once he set her on her feet, she dared to ask, "Do you know me, Sesshoumaru-sama?"
... Kagome didn't pull away when he eased back the collar of her checkered kimono, baring the mark of his ignorance...
...Then, in an endearingly familiar gesture, he tilted his head to one side and quietly replied, "I know you."
Sagging a little, she murmured, "Thank goodness."
Without another word, the taiyoukai's large hand closed around her wrist, and with an insistent tug, he pulled her after him...

Well if it were a shorter sleeved kimono - nothing longer than say a tomosode rather than a furisode (with the knee length sleeves) you can roll them up around your arms before putting on a jacket. I know this because I've worn a Haori jacket under my looser motorcycle jacket a couple of times.

Very sweet! I love the "Sesshomaru POV", it's a little different but awesome just the same. I love Kagome's face in the sixth and seventh pictures. The seventh is my favorite.

holy cow!!! what an excellent piece! I love her embarrassment over him checking for the bite, and I (surprisingly) LOVE that you never show us his face, almost like we experiencing it from his POV.

What a perfect way to portray their reuniting. I love that you managed to capture all the movement without showing Sesshoumaru's face once - their trust they have grown to have in each other is always so spot on in your work! The sense of movement is impeccable, too, as always. I especially love the panel where Kagome's sandals fall back into the well and the last one.
