this is going to be the tattoo that hopefully ill be allowed to get done (not permanently!) on my right thigh...depending on if i can find someone who can draw it on me or not

You know, some simple ink on tracing paper and then transferred to your skin with Vaseline would work just fine. Make your own tattoo gun and you're set. It'd be seriously easy.
