it's a necromancer iop, originally designed for dofus 3, i think you can see her on krosmaga too.

Ah when you deal with things like gods, goddesses, and other grand cosmic beings. Gender is more a concept for them than anything. Gotta look presentable when making demi-gods and or asserting your power over the mortals. But hot digity damn! You mean to tell me there are Iop's that do not follow the Iop Way!? Next your gonna tell me that Xelor's can come without mummy wraps and steam punk armor and season 3 of Wakfu is out already.
