Yeah, everything started from my wish to see Zoro in a trench coat, because I think it suits him so damn well! (So glad to knw you agree with me! ) Then a post-it divided in four became the blue squares... and voilΓ , there it goes! It's nothing that special, but thank you for your appreciation!

Sììì! Quanto è dolce Zoro, a suo modo!!! (avrebbe solo bisogno di una morosa con fiocchi e controfiocchi, non ti pare?? )
E' tutto disegnato, sì! Originariamente anche la finestra, tuttavia a pantone faceva un po' schifo, e ho ricorso al collage dei miei fedeli post-it colorati, per cui la carta risulta in rilievo rispetto al resto dell'immagine!

Fufufufufu~! Zoro really is a dreamer, but in such a serious way as opposed to the stereotypical head-in-the-clouds kind of dreamer. He's so focused and sure of success.

You never cease to amaze me with your incredibly creative use of other mediums, canvases, etc. in traditional art! As so many people have already says, the effect here is very powerful but simple. I also love how casual Zoro looks...and the fact that the blue isn't attached to the background really emphasizes the dream-atmosphere and the fact that, in Zoro's case, a dream is something you have to build.

Yeah, you got the point! Zoro is kinda... "concrete dreamer" It sounds like an oxymoron, but that's how I feel about him and his vocation and ambition. That's why I've choosen something different for this drawing, something that could appear more vivid than the colour itself. Simplicity and concreteness are what remind me of Zoro the most.
