This hand carved hand painted mascot head is based off of Vincent Van Gogh's The Starry Night. Features my special "pop-the-top style where the face can be lifted leaving the neck in place for quick breathers without fully breaking character (btw say hi to Fred the manikin head) This fits even the largest frame glasses, fan in the muzzle, neck opens fully in the back with magnets, no moving jaw, has teeth by DVC and paws by Amaker Crafts, bobtail on nylon belt lops. ... and for that extra Vincent Van Gogh touch... one ear removes with magnets!
