Thank you very much I love impressionism as well - although I am currently trying a bit of everything,I guess, it's the style I love most and Idon'T think this will change.

The color pallet works very well in this one. Good job on the composition. I can't keep my eyes from going around and around the canvas x)
It looks a little different from your other pieces. Or at least your recent ones. Everything you do is absolutely beautiful, but it's refreshing to see new things.

Yes, it is different stylewise. At the moment I am experimenting with different styles, because I don't feel that I have found my niche yet. I don't know, if I have to fit in a niche anyway; I'll see what happens.
I wanted to do a painting on Leonard Cohen's song "The Guests" for quite some time, but wasn't sure how. When I finally had an image in my mind, the painting was done in a relatively short time.
There are 2 ideas more swirling around in my head, but I am still looking for inspiration on those.

I am huge Leonard Cohnen fan and often I have his music playing when I am painting - my landlords are probably sick of it by now There are 2 more songs I would like to use as inspiration, but the right idea has not come yet.
