I really wanted to draw Sunburst because he's wonderful.Surprisingly enough, originally Starlight Glimmer was going to be the other one in this piece, but no matter how I drew her it just didn't feel 'right'. Β And then I remembered Flurry Heart and she fit well.

I just finally got around to watching the episodes with Sunburst in them, and I absolutely love his character! Β He's such an adorkable pony! Β And one of the few males with facial hair that doesn't totally suck, to boot! Β XD
I really needed to see him in action -- I need to write him for an upcoming story and I realized that I had NO idea what he was like, so I made sure to remedy that before I started writing.
I still love this picture. Β I loved it at Trotcon and I love it now, and if you're at Trotcon again next year I hope you bring this pic back with you because I want it!

My hope is to be vending at Bronycon and Trotcon next year provided my schedule will allow it, and of course I'd be bringing back all the posters from last year as well as new ones too!
Also Sunburst is literally the best.

It'd be super amazing to see you back at Trotcon again next year. Β In fact, I'm really hoping to be able to be a vendor there next year, though I've never been a vendor before, so I'm not sure that my chances of getting into a smaller venue like Trotcon is very likely. Β XD
How was it trying to get into vending at Trotcon? Β I'm not even sure how one goes about trying to secure a spot there...
