I heard AC/DC's "Back In Black" on the radio and got a bug to draw our favorite heroic threesome. (More fun than Kirk, Spock and Bones!) Jessie and her boys.I really like messing with their outfits. Woody and Jessie's clothes are easy enough to modify, but Buzz is pretty much stuck in his spacesuit, so he got a little suit makeover and I fixed him up with a couple of arm-mounted multidirectional booster rockets. Falling with style takes finesse, but really flying is the shiz. Jessie got a badass duster and a pair of six-shooters, and Woody gets a snazzy red shirt and black bandana รก la John Wayne. The shit these three could start, if they weren't on the side of justice!
This is, I'm embarrassed to admit, the first time I have ever tried contrasting shading, and I LOVE it. It was totally a happy accident.

I ink by hand and then sometimes mess with the line colors in PS. But yep, it's on paper.
