Okay, so the circle in Hiroki's hand is the ball that he juggles with; he probably used fox-fire to make it glow like the moon. (If you couldn't tell, yes, this is where the moon comes in.)

As for why there are so many variants of the same picture; it's actually because i couldn't decide which photoshop edit I liked best. But, I think it makes a pretty cool effect. I was actually going to compile all of this into an "animation", and I tried, but it didn't look that great, so I left it like this.

At first, I was going to have Hiroki create the illusions also, since he does have that kind of power (not that he's especially good at it), but then I saw there's an illusionist on hand creating the set. So, the illusionist npc created all those dark blue flying fish and starry looking sparkles e 7 e

This scene is supposed to be at the end of his performance. He's actually supposed to be blowing on his ball and a sparkly dust substance is supposed to be coming out of it. After that, the light dims and all you can really see is the glow of the ball, which resembles the moon in the dark sky.

The character on the bottom is "moon" in Japanese (it probably means moon in Chinese too LOL.) It's not really a part of his act...I just thought it'd be a nice touch to add at the bottom of the picture, since he's japanese and all...and you gotta admit it looks pretty nice there.

There's actually a little story behind Hiroki's performance O v O During the full moon, Hiroki and his dad would make it a "tradition" to go and fish under the moonlight (hence the fish illusions.) I was going to put fox and other animal illusions also, but it would have crowded the picture, so, since fish were more symbolic to Hiroki, I kept the fish idea.
