due to the strange parent complications with Ruby and Yang this should really have Ti-yang with his arms around the two girls while Qrow stands awkwardly to the right, being left out. it adds up perfectly with Qrows line about stories that ruby and yang are too young to hear about. (eh...eh)
but in all honesty this is bad ass

For those talking it over in the comments: yes, Limbonix has it right. They are Team Stark. As in 'stark white', with the word stark being used to mean empty or blank, devoid of color. It's a color name referring to Summer Rose as the team leader, similar to Ruby, Cardin, Jaune, and Coco in the present day. It also ties in to her name itself, as a 'summer' rose is usually a very light pink or white.
If that doesn't convince you, Qrow also called them Team Stark outright in the show. Volume 3, Chapter 4, 10 minutes 8 seconds.
