Sometimes you need a mental health day and sometimes you need a mental health fortnight D: I've done nothing but work, lie in bed, zone out and read for two weeks! But I'm back in action (I think) o.OHope you're good β₯ Missed you.

It's really great to see another truly excellent painting from you friendo.
I'm also glad you were able to take a mental fortnight (better copyright this before I use it for myself!) to help refresh yourself in all the ways you found necessary. I know I could personally sense your somewhat long absence (as if waiting 2 weeks to see someone make an amazing drawing is a long time...), but I know the feeling of wanting to just get away for awhile myself so I appreciate the value in it.
As for the painting itself! I love these dark backdrops illuminated by wisps of light that a lot of your works of art have! You do a really great job of giving the effect of light. Speaking of which...the iridescent objects appear to be butterflies! If so, I'd say their radiant glow isn't their only superpower. Definitely have some kind of spike-proof armoring to be calling a Thornwillow Forest "Home".
