It is a page, or splash. This comic contains of very large panels, never more than two on a page. I like working that way giving the images much space. Often i let the pictures speak for themselves without text, some stories works better that way I think.

Do you do the writing too? Or are you working from someone else's script? Its much easier to tell the story through pictures, but it also depends on the writing. The writer has to be a visionary, and know how best to describe scenes, situations, characters, the whole work. And of course, the artist should know how to perceive the writer's world. It is very different with comic book work that has an established universe and characters, as we are familiar with them already, we expect more of the same and better. With original work, which I believe your art is, it is totally different as the art/writing comes from deeper within the imagination, more soulful, more human, new sights and tales than what audiences are used to experiencing. It will be great to see your comic/graphic novel in its final form.

Yes, I do all the writing myself. When you have your own vision it's easier to just tell the story without the need to describe everything in words. Would be fun with the challange to work with someone elses script too though.
