My dear friend SingYourSong13 asked me to make a tutorial of how I draw my eyes so here it is ^^
Well here it goes. Please zoom to have a better view

1) draw the outlines of the eyes
2) color the iris and shade the outer edges of the iris with the same colored pencil as you used to color
3) take a darker colored pencil and shade the outer edges again
4) darken the upper side of the iris drawing thin lines from the inside to the outside with the darker pencil
5) outline the edges of the whole eye, the iris and color the pupil. You can use a black biro, ink it, or use a black colored pencil. Mind that if you're going to use a gelpen for the highlight, and you're using biro or ink, you have to leave a circle where the highlight will be
6) draw some thin lines with the black biro / ink / black colored pencil from the inside to the outside of the iris. Remind that there don't have to be many at the bottom side of the iris cause there is more light.
7) draw the eyelashes, again with the black color, and add some more black lines at the upper side of the eye
8) shade the white of the eye, and add highlights using a white gelpen or a tip-exx correction pen

In the tutorial I used the black biro, which I use most to draw eyes. I added some other eyes at the bottom to show the difference (and to fill the empty space)
The green one was made using an ink pen for the outlining. I'd recommend using an ink pen for the pupil, but using biro for the shading of the iris cause it's a lot more difficult when using ink.
The red eyes was colored completely in colored pencils. I don't use this way often, and if you use this, I'd say you better first color the pupil cause the black colored pencil doesn't always work good on top of other pencils. I did use black biro here for the eyelashes cause the black pencil broke when I pushed too hard on it to get a strong and thin line...
You can also draw eyes using only biro or ink pen (I love this way of drawing eyes ^^) as you see in the black eye
Don't mind the glowing eye, I never did something like this before so it's just a failed experiment XD
I also added most of the materials I used around it to give you a clear view of everything you need. So colored pencils, of course, in the colors you want your eye, black biro or ink pen, and a whit gel pen or a tip-exx correction pen.
I can also tell you, the bigger you draw the eye, the more difficult it is. If you want to draw very big eyes, like a drawing of only eyes, you better uses different ways to color it. This way works best for small eyes

For those of you who'd want to know how I color my hair, it's pretty much the same as eyes: first color everything in one color, then shad with the same colored pencil, shade with a darker colored pencil and then add black biro or ink pen.
