Description
Shira Qi, one of the characters I designed for my odd little WinX-universe story. She's a friend of Winx!Lii, but is too young to be attending Torrenuvola (Cloudtower). She's a Shamaness, a spiritual witch, and can see glimpses of possible futures. She also does fortune-telling for things like love compatibility and so on. She's the youngest of six siblings, and is the cheeriest and most angelic one. Although she does drive her older sisters and brothers nuts.
