Been working on this for a while now.Mostly finished today!
Hope you like it, I'm very proud of this one.

I used Water Colored Pencils (but didn't paint over them), Regular Colored Pencils, a Sharpie Marker, A Sharpie Pen, and Acrylic Paints for the clouds.

And yeah, I did, haha. I remember it was in art class when I started it. The teacher was absent so I took whatever paper I could find.

I think it worked out really well! I keep looking at things drawn on colored paper lately and it really adds a sort of richness/atmosphere to start with a base color, I think.
