Description A fox's grin short and quick, given in an instant with cunning and wit.

I did this piece about 2 years ago, a couple of mistakes that annoy me like the extra black around the left eye and the glare from the glass it was behind. Done in my favorite medium oil pastel with color pencil for the whiskers.

It is funny how little thing bother the artist, but most people don't even see the mistake. People will say to me that is beautiful, perfect and I can sit there and point out fifty different things wrong with it. This is why I hate being a perfectionist.

Sorry for the late reply!! I completely agree with you. I am one of 'em irrational perfectionistics too. I was just whining yesterday about a drawing in progress just to look at it this morning and decide it's actually alright! Trust me, your work is good!
