I need more incentive to do/finish art. I get started and then life goes on and my energy levels go kaput. I am interning at a vet clinic for no pay, unpleasant conditions and till late at night so my time to do anything is gone.

But onward to discussion about this piece. I originally wanted to do this during my watercolor project but I decided to something easier for those last few rushed pieces. Finished the male peacock first + background first and then let this picture sit for a month before finishing it up last night. I think it kind of shows in how the styles change a tad between the two, which I think is interesting. The female looks a lot more realistic- think it might be the eyes and how she is at an angle. Oh well that is what I get for leaving this for weeks on end.
