Well I have retooled my old rios mask into a salem mask before I start another project. these will be available to buy very soon. In either polyurethane resin or fibreglass resin.Not the best picture I know. but im sure there is room for improvement somewhere so constructive criticism is welcomed to improve this peice before it goes to moulding.

How do you turn the sculpting into a mould for the polyurethane/fibreglass resin ?

You put sillicone over that then make a plaster mother mould to retain its shape, then you can pore the resin in to make casts.
