Not bad at all, though I can tell you're really hurting for a better program. It's just difficult to colour in all the white space around the outlines with just any old program, isn't it? I like the drawing and colouring though! Green is one of my fave colours. :3

Wow. I haven't heard of that. But if it's for photo editing, then it's probably not very good for images like that. Does it handle layers and masks?

Layers and masks...how to explain. This is why I never made a tutorial. XD
Layers are just what they sound like. They are like transparent images overlaying the original image. They allow you to blend colour or add colour over the image without damaging the original.
Masks are a little more difficult. They're like selections, only better. They only allow you to edit and colour things that are selected, so to speak. Normally, you create a mask out of a certain colour or colour range.
Well, that's the best I can do. If you want, you can check out a program called Pixia. It's excellent for beginners and is also free. It's a very powerful program and I recommend it to anyone that doesn't already have PaintShop Pro or PhotoShop. It's similar to those two, but on a smaller scale.

Yeah. Just go here [link] and download the English version (unless it's not your first language. It comes in many languages) and there are tutorials scatter all over the place. My favourite one is messed up because the menu for the site is missing, but I can give you the links to the tutorial pages individually if I can find the site again. Here they are:
Here's some examples of what can be done as far as colouring line art goes: [link]
Here are some colouring pages to practice if you want: [link]
Here's a colouring tutorial: [link]
Here's yet another colouring tutorial: [link]
And here's a tutorial on adding backgrounds: [link]
Don't give up if it seems overwhelming, because Pixia is very easy to use if you apply yourself. Also, you don't have to go strictly by the tutorials, of course. I know I didn't. I didn't have the patience for such things. But Pixia is a powerful tool to use and is simple enough, so I hope it proves useful to you. If you need any help, feel free to ask me. I haven't used it in a while, but I could probably refresh my memory and help you out should you need it. ^^
