it still puts a smile on my face when i see some traditional art im very old school...and like to see some one having a go rather the njust goin straght to paint or some other medium that is more marketible...its hard to give critique when i dont know your tools but not trying to sound brash maybe try using a blending stump or tissue/q-tip it will give it a less grainy look also if you layer you graph it will give the pic more depth

This looks really great! You achieved a really nice effect on her skin.

I think her hair looks a stringy because of the way you've drawn it. Some more filled in portions of it might make it look a little more full. I know scanners can be dumb sometimes though, so don't take my comment too seriously.

(And on a side note, I'm really glad that you mentioned your source. I've seen too many people making copies of famous artists and putting them up here without credit. It just shows your integrity as an artist and a person.)

Yea i can tell you were inspired by Victoria Frances
I like her dress! the hair perhaps needs some more detail -my humble opinion of course - but it's a very nice piece
