It's a very nice storytelling picture. I really like how you catched the pose of the dog. The blur in the background is good, could be even a bit more but it's ok. It's almoust impossible to plan such things when you have to react in such a short timeframe.
You should leave a bit more space on the right so that the dog is complete inside the frame.
My personal taste: you should stop using this instagram-like - crossprocess style
Try this picture in black/white. I read one "If the color is not important for the story, remove" This would be a perfect example for this.
but overall - a very good picture.

Maybe. Thats why b/w doesn't work on all pictures. But it's the same on cross-process. On the right picture - perfect.
The color should fit to the story.

I try many different styles of editing, but almots everytime in my eyes the colorful one wins. I don't really like b/w photos, the are so lifeless... :/

I like the photo its angel looks right and your model is stunning your background is amazing as well but the downside is you cat really see the eyes some people like to be able to see the eyes an the life and expression behind them I for one am one of those people who immediately look at the eyes but you have an amazing picture nonetheless. your background is a slight bit too blurry try to add some of the clarity of the background sometimes it makes the picture look good sometimes it doesnt but yet again its usually about trial and error

Well it happen sometimes, the only thing to do is submit to clubs and show yourself around deviantart, the more active you are the more actively people visit your page, I learned that the hard way and also by being active with Getwatchers and over all in groups and so on, you see some wonderful art and sometimes stumble upon wonderful people who can become real close friends.

Well I believe there is german clubs around and groups that you can join if you wish, sure dA is a english speaking community but there is chances to get German groups too.
