Merida finally decided to marry (?) after falling in love with him. They had four children. The first was a set of triplets two girls and one boy. All had the fire red crazy hair of her fathers side. The first was a boy Fergus the second, he was strongly built like his grandfather and acted just like him. Merida had to forced him to stop pretending his leg was chewed off. The second was the first girl named Morgan. She enjoyed the same things as her mother and detested marriage just as she did once. The last of the triplets was Lilith. She was just as tough as her sister but also enjoyed girl time with the girls her age around the castle. A few years after the triplets Merida gave birth to Elinor the second. Unlike the others born to the family she gained her grandmothers lick brown locks. Unlike her rough housing sisters Elinor enjoyed spending time with her grandmother learning everything she had to offer. During one of these lessons she caught the eye of William, the son of Maudie and Conan. Since then they have been close waiting for the right time to marry.Brave (C) Disney
I shall leave who the father is to your imagination. I purposely had the children take after the maternal side so the father can be any of the three you want. I personally don't care for any of them.

My headcannon is that she had a romance with one of the boys from How To Train Your Dragon (idk if they'd marry, though, and they're obviously Pixar and Dreamworks and therefore never going to happen) I mean, they both take place around the same time and place (Brave is stated to be in Scotland in around 1000, Httyd is also about that time and some of the accents sound Scottish, and some Vikings lived in Scotland) It couldn't be Hiccup, since he is with Astrid (and their parents are too much alike, they're likely related [it would be a nice friendship, though]) and she and Fishlegs would likely be too different (and he is also with Heather if the series is anything to go by) so that leaves Snotlout and Tuffnut. And Gustav, ofc. That would mean all the children should have blue eyes, though, since they all four have blue eyes o.o Idk.
