Description My first colour mixed body, it was equal parts pastel blue Sculpey and a turquoise Fimo. Yay for using fimo, it has the strangest consistency, far more dense than Sculpey but it becomes so sticky the more you work with it. Rubbing alcohol saved me life, it was covered in prints.

Additional views:

After baking she was selectively varnished with a glossy glaze.

Made of polymer clay. Approximately 4cm in length.

rubbing alcohol? is that something you used before or after you bake to make it smooth? I seem to have that problem with my finger prints being left everywhere

you use it before you bake it, it's more to pick up fine pieces of lint and fluff, but on softer clays like Fimo and some sculpey colours it can remove fingerprints too

I did a short tutorial on how to use it here: fav.me/d6lzwpv

thanks used much rubbing alcohol to smooth her out, Fimo does have a naturally nice texture after baking, so that helps too

thanks one of my FB fans suggested it, so kodos to her super happy with how this one turned out seeing as it's a bit out my "norm" range of colours.
