Description Picture taken in Holmestrand, near Botne kirke as I was out on a evening jog.

The weather was not very favorable, it actually started raining, and I seriously concidered to go home in bitter defeat. Though I pushed on through the elements.
Not long after this very picture was taken, it started snowing, so I had to run all the way back home.

I found this little patch of moss on a branch to be very funny looking. What is it doing up there on that branch? How did it get there?
It seemed to have a story to tell. Though it remained as silent as any patch of moss would be. But, still. Funny looking.

Hey there! Thank you for your submission to for feedback!
This is a lovely photograph! I very much enjoy the green tones, and the branch works as a nice leading line to lead us into the photographs!
The only suggestion I'd have for you is to look into some noise reduction software, since there is quite a bit of it on this photograph. You can find software here: Photography Resources List ** updated 01/08 **
Keep up the good work, though! You're learning a lot! If you have questions, let me know!

Hey there!
Thanks! Glad you liked it!
- And again; Thanks for the constructive feedback!

I would usually have used GIMP to reduce noise. ^^
Though at the moment, I am trying to minimize the amount of noise by adjusting the setings of the camera instead. (so I wont have to use software, and editing for the photo to look good)

There's a long way to go, and alot of experimentation ahead for my photos to become "cleaner". Though I find it fun and challenging (at times frustrating)
- but I do see some improvements and getting a better understanding of how the settings functions is intriguing. So, learning by doing I guess.

- Cheers!
