I like the sparkles on the borders. The nose ring looks a little weird, but the neck needs the most work though that hair and eyes go hand in hand amazing. I like your style of shading alot. A good peice can improve, but is great by itself.

Course I do! The shoulder on the right looks just fine if not curve it a bit because female shoulders tend to look smoother and men wider lines when you connect the neck and the shoulder you get me? That left side if the neck looks a little bumpy... Uh... Just try and do the same as the right side curve it a bit and don't make it look like a huge mosquito bite (Srry.) After that it'll look really good. Also check out the comment I left on your journal Tag.
