For some reason I like Apnea extremely much, I believe her eyes are rather amazing, and you have made it showing that very well in this shot, the way you are using the back color here is really, really nice.
By having dark walls, dark clothes, dark hair, and dark makeup around the eyes, you make the face come forward really greatly.
