His arm seems a little long to me, but it's Gaara, so I don't care. XD

I love the sense of wind force, without the cliche of the manga-style lines in background. There is a strong sense of the character being barely grounded in the face of a whirlwind of resistence (by which I mean that since foliage and his scarf are blowing in opposite directions, and he seems almost ready to stagger).
