Well. is really easy~!
Steps:
1.do your model pose in MMD ^^
2.change the sceen side in MMD :3 (here i used 500x500,but normaly i use 1560x1440 ^^)
3.edit a little bit with Picasa 3
4.edit more awsome with pixrl
