Got this inspiration from Spongebob's quote: "I SCREAM FOR ICE CREAM!!" and yes, this really fits for Kaito
That is a bowl of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. Plus, a wafer stick.
And I think this is a doodle.. because I'm not really serious doing this.
EDIT: Oh, yea.. I've forgotten to say that I drew this based on the scene where Spongebob says the quote too
