I actually had two stories while I drew this.Β
The first one is literally replacing Hiccup with Dagur: so he murdered his own father and became chief. But that was so out of character I came up with a second one.
In which Stoick died in battle. So with little or no time to mourn: Hiccup had to continue the war.Β
Eventually he avenges his father by killing his murderer and winning the war, while wearing his cape/fur.
Yeeeeee- but those made me so sad I kept them to myself until now.Β
