Description
finally something new
... well not really, this is actually an animated scene version of this artwork:
it was laying around half way done on my comp since ages, but finally I had some time left to render the animation, there are a few more completely new techniques I used on this one,
main parts were animated using Adobe AfterEffects! SWF is only the format I used to upload it on DA.

Partially, I actually used a lot of pre-compositions(pre-made layer groups in AE) , specially for the moving grass and the particles. I re-colored/animated them being inside a pre-composition

I've always wanted to do something like this but never imegened anything this intence. Its simply stunning every little detail was done perfectly, the way the feathers move, the way it breathes and the grass o-o its just amazing <3 the wing does seem a bit odd though, not the way its animated but the way it bends forward and not back, its an easy fix you would just have to extend the feathers to cover the top bit(if you can even understand that, probably not lD
