Description
I was inspired for this by a dress I saw online with white frilly socks and a tutorial I saw on YouTube with similar colors.
To get the lines, I used a dark blue gel pen and then sealed it with top coat.
I made the bow myself with clay that I left out to dry for a few days and the coated with top coat to seal. It's adhered with clear polish.
The other hand is essentially the same except the bow is on my ring finger.
