I am doing something similar for my college thesis, and I love your work here. Only, I'm not special effects, but I am studying the muscles in the face. I was wondering what you used to paint the muscles here?

Aw thank you! I used a product called "Scar Material" it is a very gooey product almost like hot glue and dries just as quickly, it also gets stringy ends as well that can be frustrating. I would work very quickly using tweezers to lightly scrape in the texture of the muscles. The product can me melted or smoothed out with acetone so that also helped me with achieving the clean finish I wanted.

Impressive, the muscles look quite real, especially around the cheek. Great job with the eye effects as well!
Keep up the great work!
