Time flies. I can't believe I've been working on this one (on and off though) for probably four months. Damn ! So here it is. I don't know what's going on between me and squids, but they regularly pay me a visit. Here they are again...in action!I have uploaded some sketches I did while brainstorming this painting: [link]

Your detail work is awesome. I especially love the texture and the uplighting on the squid. I'm not sure I'd want these guys visiting me, but you've clearly made lemonade from lemons.

This one was a lot of work, I wanted to add a lot more detail but got to a point where I had to move on. And I think you're right about those guys visiting us one day, I think they should stay comfy on squid planet - and we may just end up turning them into Tako nigiri anyway

That'd be awesome, however I'm sure those giant electric squids are not easy to train. But I may be wrong, I've never tried myself
