While I was creating new images for old characters, I kinda got in the mood for my Genie, Jodie. She's been in the bottom of the character bin for a while now l ] I kinda Americanized her with the clothes, but she does currently live in America, so it works I suppose...Jodie the Genie; Lunar Academy

Well, there wasn't much to her that was really significant. It was a grandparent of hers in the east, who had the genie gene [lulz for bad puns] they had a son [Jodie's father] who moved over to the US and when her parents met in America, they had her, and by her thirteenth of fourteenth birthday, it had shown in her as well [kinda like a freak puberty accident : P ] But the gene [or what ever you would call it] skipped her father's generation, and for what ever reasons, [it is still left open] he and her mother both have an uncomfortable akwardness around her. So since she became all genefied, her parents would send her off to camps, and activities to get her out of their hair. And in the RP's story, its the usual 'school for gifted' shpeal, so she's sent off there every year for school.
Thats basically her life story summed up pretty fast. Her weekness is vacuums, vans, and bottle caps [she'll hide in just about any bottle, but if you cap her, she's stuck]

Third time's the charm! (I would probably re-do my character though. Maybe make James with less of a flawed logic and more social.)

Let me see...about the most I remember of James [action out in the RP that is] is him appearing in Jodie's room, and making the excuse that he stole books.
And then he denied the idea of him and Jodie being partners in crime...
But I had an idea to redo Jodie as well. I always intended it make her more comical, with more movement and random tid bits, like Genie from Aladin. He he would constantly be floating around, trying to get in someone's face from what ever angle, and always doing something sort of spazzy. The original Jodie came out just plain perky and kinda slow l D

Anyways, I would probably still portray James as a lier and a deceiver, but he himself may be more comical and have a more uplifting attitude than the old James. Sure, he'll be that guy who is always lying through his teeth, and he will always pretend to have far less power than he actually does posses, behaving like a complete weakling until everyone is unconscious, then kick some but when no one is watching.

Actually, I do. But the problem is, I can't really inspire myself. Inspiration hits me in the head with a brick, and I'm able to share it with others. But much of it is spent in the creation process.

Well, its not like I have the artist ability to bring my idears to life. (Yes, I spell Ideas as Idears now.)
And I don't have the patience for novel writing, so I see it as a natural adaptation. I convey the worlds in my head through RPing, and what is an RP if you can't inspire others to share the same dream you do? I guess its a skill I built along the years here on Gaia.

Still, I'm not the only talented one. I have watched your art skills improve greatly through out the years. You really are becoming one of the better ones I know of as far as anime drawings go.
