I love Herve I've always loved the freaky, insane characters. Herve doesn't get enough love, and I sometimes wonder if I'm his only fangirl...*feels all alone* Awesome job! I love his smug facial expression. The colouring is also really nice^^ You should draw more of him! I really like how you managed to sneak the butterflys in the background, without making him look all girly. His hair is nice, too.
