Ahh... even though he seemed to start off as a homage to Citan, I still love Jin, I do. But my eyes still water every time I think about the ending to Xenosaga III... Goodnight, sweet prince.

Jin is definitely my favorite XS character and not just b/c he resembles my favorite XG character. The fact that he had the nads to fight in just PJs is what won me over. He pwned!

omg..Jin Uzuki!? When I first saw it I was like, "that reminds me of some nurse" omg..XD I cant believe he wears THIS in Xenosaga 3!! XD I so cant wait now(doe get me wrong th pictures awesome, and the video game is one of my favourites, I just enjoy taking the piss outta them(after playing them for a second time xD) I thought nothing could beat chaos's xenosaga ep 1 costume lol I stand corrected! great picture xD(oh btb, isnt Jin black haired? Yay, Jin! The coloring is incredibly gorgeous. I love how you made the costume shift from green to blue. It's really great to see Xenosaga fanart in a style other than anime, very refreshing.

No, it's not Citan Uzuki (that would be the Xenogears guy). Jin Uzuki happens to look almost exactly like Citan sans glasses. He's a different character that's kinda an homage to Citan and even uses a katana.
Jin's not quite a quirky as Citan, though. And he's a few years older; Citan only was in his late twenties despite how old and worldly he acted....28 I believe was his age, and Jin's in his mid-thirties.
Jin's a equally cool character for different reasons

Yeah, the "older" characters in Xenogears, meaning the Ex-Elements... They're not very old. Jessie's the oldest, and he was only 36 (despite that whole looking and sounding damned near 50). Citan and Sigurd were 28~29, and Ramsus was 24.

that's not doc? I stopped playing Xenogears after part one. It sure looks like him. I saw some of your Xenogears art; I liked it alot.
I left it alone because the plot was eating at the bible in ways that made me upset. So to leave it alone, i just stopped playing it. It IS a game tho. X)

it looks like him because his character outfit was sort of designed after the doc. 
However, none of the characters or story in the Xenosaga series actually relate to Xenogears because Monolith left the xenogears project and turned Xenosaga into their own. (Technically they're not allowed to have them relate since they're entirely different companies now. Legal crap. Blah blah.) Any resemblances and 'cameo's so to speak were just Monolith screwing with us.
