I have done any anthro scenes in a while. Still not quite sure where the idea for this one came from. Enjoy!This was the last piece in the queue before work on the 10K award pictures.

Programs....
3DSMax for creating the background object(s).
Poser for posing the figure and doing the camera work.
Photoshop for texture work.
Poseray to convert the mesh files over to Povray.
PIBL (my own program) for creating the lighting.
Povray for final rendering, material assigment, and scene assembly.

Beautiful, that skin texture is from AS right? i love the little details in this such as the little fan and the texture on her outfit, the cat ears make it complete

Part of the texture is Blue Geisha from AS. The other is a heavily modifired leopardess I downloaded from Renderosity. The two were mixed to get the final texture.

It was modeled in 3DSMax5. (I really need to update my tools someday....)
The stone texture is {m_vdarkstone scale 4}
The "sheen" on her fur is from a modified furtex.inc macro. The actual skin texture is a mix of Blue Geisha and Leopardess. Both are freely available on the net.

I keep wanting to get Maya, but, dang, 2000 bucks is a LOT! And Blender is free, so I think I'll stick with it for now.

LOL! I know how you feel. I keep telling myself I'm going to learn blender someday..... Then I fire it up and go "Oh my God!" I never understood why thier user interface had to be so different from everyone else out there.
