"Zacky what Chris said isn't true and tomorrow on Valentine's Day I will prove it" Brian said firmly and wrapped his arms around the black-haired man. As soon as Zacky was about to speak he was silenced with a kiss.

"Tomorrow we're gonna go feed the ducks at the park and not tell Jimmy cuz he'll scare them off. Then in the afternoon we're gonna go watch a movie at home because I love you, and then later tonight I'm taking you out for dinner and the fireworks at the harbour because you deserve so much" Brian finished with a smile, kissing his boyfriend again, but much slower and deeper this time

Zacky melted into the kiss, as he always did when he was with Brian. As he pulled away he stroked Brian's cheek and hugged himself tighter around the taller man. "You don't have to trouble yourself with me Brian" Zacky sighed, staring into his boyfriend's eyes. "Zacky, I want to because I love you. Now come in bed with me? It's late" Brian kissed and nibbled the fingers that traced his face, causing Zacky to giggle. "I love you too" Zacky smiled as the two lovers crawled in bed and each other's arms

The smaller man was dragging his boyfriend down the footpath towards the bridge that stretched across the channel, where ducks would swim and feed. "If we don't hurry then someone would take our space!" Zacky cried out, whacking Brian playfully with the bag of bread he carried. "Abuse much?" Brian pouted as Zacky giggled.

When they reached the bridge Zacky immediately cooed at the ducklings that were happily quacking and splashing. The green-eyed man giggled and started dropping bits of bread down to the water, watching in delight as the ducks started feeding. "Are you sure you won't scare them like Jimmy?" Brian teased and wrapped his arms around Zacky's waist from behind. "I'm pretty sure I won't" Zacky smiled and kissed his boyfriend's cheek. Perfectly happy being held with those strong arms

"NO!!!! DON'T DIE HACHI!!!!" Zacky wailed as he blew his nose. He and Brian weren't watching a romantic movie, but watching Hachi: A Dog's Tale in their house. Zacky's nose was red and tears were streaming steadily down his face, a pile of tissues near his feet was growing as he kept on blowing his nose. As soon as the flashbacks in the movie started he crawled on Brian's lap and bawled like a baby, hugging his boyfriend tightly

"Angel it's just a movie..." Brian cooed softly, but his eyes were watery as well from the movie. "It's a true story! ICKY!!!" Zacky shrieked into the house, waiting for his black Affinpinscher puppy to come pattering down the hall. As soon as Ichabod was in the living room Zacky picked him up and started coddling the canine

"Brian this is amazing" Zacky gushed to his boyfriend, his eyes full of love for the man in front of him. Brian had gotten them a table at Zacky's favourite restaurant, a cozy Italian place called Nico's, and the two were enjoying their romantic candlelit dinner. Brian smiled and took Zacky's hand in his, kissing the knuckles gently before smiling. "It's where we had that first date years ago remember Angel? And when we saw Jimmy up that tree doing his weird dancing" Brian laughed as Zacky giggled, remembering that moment when a waiter threw a bread roll at Jimmy and caused him to fall down. The man was then chased by the cook who was brandishing a spatula viciously and screaming in Italian. "What did that chef say again? It was in Italian" Brian looked at his boyfriend, who spoke German and Italian fluently. "You dirty bastard, you pervert! Quit spying on these people you asshole before the cops crack your head open with a crowbar!" Zacky giggled

Brian couldn't help but wonder how Zacky though himself as ugly, when he was the exact opposite. Unbeknownst to Zacky, Brian had requested a tiramisu cake for after dinner with the words Will you marry me? written in icing to be brought to them after their meal

As soon as their dishes were cleared, the cake was brought to the table. Zacky peered at the writing and gasped, his head snapping to meet Brian's loving gaze. Brian stood and kneeled next to the sitting Zacky, in his hands was an open velvet box that had a white gold, Celtic love knot with emeralds dotting the ring

"Zacky... will you marry me?"

Zacky gasped as tears pooled in his eyes, nodding and tackling Brian in a hug. "Yes! Yes I will!" Zacky sobbed as he kissed his new fiancé. Brian shed a few happy tears himself as the restaurant clapped
