I was reorganizing my ridiculously huge comic collection the other day, and I started reading through a bunch of them, and ending up reading the entire run of Peter David's Supergirl... I threw Comet and Blithe in there for the hell of it, and I can't draw backgrounds (even the bloody sky!!!!!) for squat.

I was really into this when it was actually active, and I'm really hoping that, while it was revealed that all of these various crises and earth-shattering mega crossovers in the DC universe(s) have snuffed several characters out of existence (including Matrix), Geoff Johns said in an interview, "Linda Danvers hasn't been retconned out at all." I've been really into this "Countdown to Final Crisis" business as well, so expect more DC doodling from me soon.

Ah, well. Here's hoping she comes back someday...
