What matte varnish do you use? I usually use Pledge with Future, but I'm looking for a nice satin/matte sheen like yours...

All of them are lovely! I would have a hard time choosing between Bonsly, Grimmer, Diglet and Clefairy

I have to admit that at first I thought you took a photo of official Pokemon toys. 
A favourite? I'm kinda torn between Mudkip and Bonsly, but the Grimer is just cool in it uncommonness.
If I have to choose, I'd pick Bonsly.
