ah man i love this part of the movie so i just have to put it in context with the lines:
Sephiroth- "Tell me what you cherish most, Cloud. Give me the pleasure of taking it away."
Cloud- "I pity you. You just don't get it at all... There's not a thing I don't cherish!"
I see now why Final Fantasy VII is the most popular. This is awesome! The angle and the pose (and the moment) are perfect! Nice job!

I really wish you defined a bit of the lines some more, though...as there's a difference between painterly and slightly sloppy. What I mean is..the face looks amazing, and the detail put into it as well...and perhaps if you put some of the effort you put into the face into the rest of the painting, it'd look far more impressive.
then again, that's just me >-< please don't take offense D:

Epic! Great work on this one. The face and hair on cloud was done well and yah its more bad ass with the sword. Although its not the focal point of the picture i think you could give Cloud a thumb, as it is now its creating a tangent with the belt. Aside from that it looks good to me d( '-' )b
