Description So here she is! the final piece! 
This started out as a simple redraw of an old piece  .
But I ended up being so preoccupied with proving I had become better, that I went a little crazy xD. The two pieces are now completely different styles! If its because I have changed style over the years, or I just wanted to improve myself I am not quite sure. anyway, here she is.

This is also the piece I will be doing the tut over.. I think.

Naaah I found him outside city hall, talking into a bunch of microphones. There were a bunch of people just starring at him too, and clapping every now and then. He also had this weird ribbon around his torso... I think it said "Mayor" or something. its crazy what hobos do these days xD!
