Soo it is my mothers birthday soon, but I won't be there to celebrate
. So I have made her a collection of watercolor paintings all inspired by femininity and butterflies. Three in all. They are not my usual style, because, well my mother isn't really into the sort of things I usually do 
.This is the first one finished. I hope you like it!

Well, I like to use them. They blend together nicely, and you have more detail when you're sketching.
They're worth buying a cheap set, and experimenting with, at least.

I love using color pencils in general, but when it is a piece I post online, I tend to avoid them, because the colors aren't as bright after scanning. Is this a problem with watercolor pencils aswel?

Not with my scanner. Watercolour pencils tend to be more vibrant, but I can't say for sure how your scanner will do.

Copic markers actually. People get them confused a lot. How about yourself?

I work with loads of media. I recently switched from Coptic markers to watercolors, because I can't buy Coptic markers in my country, and they are too expensive to import.

I understand. Copics are my personal tool of trade but I also use pencils and pens.
