If I rememer well I first changed the colors using hue (master) and then I lowed the saturation. This is how it looked before I changed the sauration ->[link] and here's the original photo [link] ,I did all of this in photoimpact^^

Photoimpact it the program i used, and it's all in menu "format", I'm not sure how it looks in PS, but I guess that it may be in the same place^^

I really like this. The blue color cast is great. I wonder what it would look like if you could get a hint of the yellow to show on the butterfly.

I was trying alot of remaking it in many ways, but unfortunatelly I don't have enough abilities to make it better looking..
