this is a stupid idea I had as a kid, when Pokemon was all the rage in 1999. Of course I made up my own Pokemon, and my favorite was my stupid idea called "CHARGOD". The evolved form of Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard, Charizard 2, Charblaster, Char, and then Charizard III...yeah, its THAT stupid. So I tried remaking it to give it an "official" look. Curse you Sugimori, and your clean lines!
ACTUALLY... this wouldn't be a bad idea if it were an EXTINCT PokΓ©mon, and a sort of "prehistoric" Charizard-relative. However, I'd change the stats from 40 feet to maybe 9 feet. And of course the types. No evolution.

Chargod doesn't look like a bad idea for a Pokemon.
I like the stripes on his body, Blue and orange seem very appealing when put together and blue flames is badass.
However, when you put Charizard next to Chargod, the color change reminds me alot of the design change when Goku becomes Vegito. Sure, it's an entirely different concept, but just look at their outfits. Goku normally wears an orange outfit while the heavy shirt that hears under it is Blue. When he fuses with Vegeta, it becomes switches around. Blue outfit and orange shirt under it. Just making an observation.

yeah, I think Chargod (not sure about the name) would be a pretty good idea if he were much less powerful than originally intended, and if he were a "legendary" (Like Arcanine) extinct (like Aerodactyl) pokemon. Kind of like the ancestor of the current Charizard.

Yeah. Making him all powerful turns the character into a Mary-Sue..or in Chargod's case, a Gary-Stu.

Speaking of stupid childhood ideas, I made up a REALLY stupid Pokemon back in Public School, when Generation 3 was the present generation. It looked similar to Mudkip (the Mud Fish Pokemon), I named it Seacoo, and it could learn Ember. Yeah, I was so stupid when I came up with that. And I have no idea what I intended it to evolve into.
