My suggestion for original works is that you add more detail. The more detail you add, the more realistic and interesting your picture becomes. This pic has LOADS of great potential.
And not to insult you or anything, but it reminds me of South Park, with the eyebrow shape and larger head proportion to the rest of the body. I *really* do hope that you don't take offense to that since I think South Park Style is ingenius. So even if you hate South Park (which I can see why
