Description
This is the third piece done during my training. I experimented heavily with use of the smudge tool to create the spiraling swirls and softened edges of the cyclone. The sky gave me a few issues, which I handled to the best of my ability. Also, if anyone has tips on good ways to draw clouds, please, let me know.
