Alright y’all here are the designs of all the Chicas in my au.
Original Chica (Second one on the bottom) : This was the first official Chica during the first murders and was the suit that was possessed. Despite being a suffering soul she still was the heart of the group.
Withered Chica (First one on the bottom) : After the murders and the eventual closing of the location the Originals were ripped apart and had their scraps used to make the toys. Chica had become very sporadic, violent, dismayed and unpredictable at this time.
Toy Chica (sixth on the bottom) : She was like the other toys was created to guard the pizzeria from potential murderers. She is partiality possessed (basic instincts) due to past murdered night guards.
Classic Chica (third on the bottom) : After the Fnaf 2 location was closed the originals were recreated for the audience. She is more sane at this point and has helped find out that the night guard is actually more willing to help them.
Phantom Chica (fourth on the bottom) : This was after Chica was ripped apart by Afton but her soul was still tethered to her body and the Fazbear locations so Chica existed as a phantom version in constant torment from her murderer. This has caused a loss in a lot of her memories and led her to become violent once again. But due to her being a phantom she physically can not harm anyone.
Nightmare Chica (First on the top) : This is a remnant filled robot covered by illusions to appear more monstrous. Like the others N.Chica was created by William Afton and would torment and capture children. She hads special control over the cupcake including being able to hear what it hears.
Jack-o-Chica (Fourth on the top) : Same creature as N.Chica but is a type of Nightmare animatronic but built with a heating device that can cause burns on impact.
Funtime Chica (fifth on the bottom) : Funtime Chica was one of the funtimes but she was later tossed away (Before William could implant the kidnapping stuff in her). This led her to being found by Henry and he placed her in the Fnaf 6 location. While she never was possessed she was used for distractions and entertaining children.
Rockstar Chica (Third on top) : Like Funtime she isn’t really possessed but dose contain cameras to help monitor the building at night.
Glamrock Chica (Second on top) : Glamrock Chica has more artificial intelligence due to being much more high tech and futuristic. She still technically isn’t sentient but has enough AI to understand basic things and to react and adapt to situations. This of course is only furthered by Vanny’s tampering, and Chica gets infected by the remnant which gives her a bit of sentience.

Anyway I’ll flesh these out in their ref sheets. I’m going to start focusing on my au some more.
