My dragon, Zasz, made out of only sparkled clay. (Though, you can't tell with some of the colors)Anyways, I like how it came out!

That must have taken lots of time to make. The amount of details is amazing. It is amazing how you can make such a small pieces of clay to make those red stripes.

Thanks! Yeah, the biggest problem isn't size. Red clay is very...I don't know exactly how to say it. Messy? The red pigment sticks to your fingers easily and rubs off on other clay, leaving ugly red marks. So, unless you're careful, what was white will end up pink! Not a good thing.

Just too cute. All the lines are so clean and well defined. All of his different parts are very distinct but they still blend together as one piece.

Thank you, this is one of my favorite showpiece style ones. I like to challenge myself. I work a lot with colored clay, so this was all done with the kind that has glitter in it. Sounds girly, but it really sparkles in the light. (speaking of which, I should retake some of these old photos, gah! Photography is not my strong suit) But yeah, the real challenge is using red. The pigment likes to stick to your fingers...and to any lighter colored clay you subsequently touch.

Well, I've always done drawing and sculpting side-by-side. SO, as I get better at one, I get better at the other. Though, at certain points I have thought I've been better at one of them, but overall they;re fairly equal.
